Separate sealed bids for the project will be received, publicly opened, & read in Marion at the City Hall, 107 S. Main Street, Marion, SC, 29571 at 2:30 pm on Thursday, August 27, 2026. The scope of work includes clearing and grading approximately 1,400 LF of stormwater outfall and return to original grade and profile to restore proper drainage and flow.
The information for Bidders, Bid Form, Contract Plans, Specifications, 5% Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be viewed at the office of the engineer, Davis & Brown, 124 West McIver Rd., Florence, SC 29501.

All contractors and subcontractors are required to be registered in the federal System for Award Management (SAM) and not be debarred from doing business with the federal government. Respondents on this work will be required to comply with all applicable federal regulations.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities, or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening. Bid, Performance, & Payment bonds are required.
